Events
Below you will find a selection of Hors D' oeuvres, Plated
Entrees and Buffets available for private events held at the Public House
Eatery. Click Here for our Banquets / Events menus.
Upon selection of a menu, please notify the business office to select
a date and time for your event. At that time, a contract will be prepared
for your signature.
Final number of guests attending your event are due
10 (ten) days prior to the event date. Your entire bill will be subject
to a 6% Maryland Sales Tax and an 18% Gratuity. Alcoholic Beverages, Sodas,
Bottled Water and juices are not included in the Hors D' oeuvres, Buffet
or Plated menu pricing.
We require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
for any event. This non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be deducted
from your bill at the close of your event. The price per person includes
the setting up, cleaning and break down of your event room or rooms.
Your Event Package will include
the following:
- Antique Colored Table Cloths and Linen Napkins
- Silver Table Ware, Glass Stem Ware
- Complementary Parking
- Complementary Cake Cutting Service
- Cake Table, Gift Table a DJ Table and outlets
- One Bartender per 75 Guests
- Private changing rooms
- The 6 large plate glass windows gives an unforgettable view of the
rolling hills of the Port Tobacco Valley
- We also provide an out-side open deck for your guests who still smoke
to enjoy (depending on room chosen)
To accent the elegance of your event we offer
the following complimentary:
- Sterling Silver Candelabras for the head table
- Elegant Center Pieces
- Early set up (so you can decorate) time permitted
- A list of venders to make it easier to choose Photographer, Cakes,
DJs, Decorators, Flowers, Bands
- We also offer from out-side venders Wedding Insurance and Private
Event Insurance
Events totaling more than $2,000.00 dollars net are not subject to a
room rental fees. Events that are under
this amount are subject to the room rental fees. As follows: Entire Dining
Room w/ Deck $ 400.00
Front Dining Room $ 300.00, Back Dining Room 200.00, Enclosed Deck $ 200.00
These fees are based on a 4 hour time period for your event.

plated entrees are served with a Tossed Garden Salad with a
choice of two dressings (Garden Ranch, Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette,
Italian, Honey Mustard, and Bourbon Street Vinaigrette).
We
also include a choice of two side dishes with Fresh Artisan
Rolls, Sweet Creamy Butter, Coffee (Decaffeinated and Regular)
Hot Tea and Ice Tea. Sodas, Bottled Water and Juices are available
at an additional $ 2.50 per person.
An 18% Gratuity and a 6% Maryland Sales Tax will be added
to all menu items.
Should you wish to select two entree choices, a $2.00 surcharge
will be added to each entrée.
